We are seeking an experienced

Dental Chair Manufacturing Technician

with hands-on expertise in assembling, wiring, and tubing of dental chairs. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and prior experience in dental chair manufacturing or assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble dental chairs and related components as per manufacturing guidelines and technical drawings Perform wiring and electrical connections of dental chairs, ensuring safety and accuracy Handle tubing installation, routing, and connection for air, water, and suction lines Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly, wiring, or tubing issues during manufacturing Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets company standards and regulatory requirements Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workstation Coordinate with production supervisors and engineering teams as required

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in

manufacturing or assembly of dental chairs

Strong knowledge of

wiring, electrical circuits, and tubing systems

used in dental chairs Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and assembly instructions Hands-on experience with tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks

Preferred Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields Experience working with medical or dental equipment manufacturing
