Looking for an efficient and experienced dental assistant and receptionist for our dental clinic at Miyapur & Nallagandla

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Schedule patient appointments and maintain the dentist's calendar.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling requests.

Verify patient information and insurance coverage, updating records as necessary.

Collect and process payments for services rendered, including co-pays and deductibles.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.

Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow.

Assist with filing and organizing patient records, both physical and electronic.

Proficiency in Telugu, English required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
