We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and teamwork in a professional hospital setup.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment areas following NABH protocols. Manage patient comfort and safety throughout treatment. Take and maintain patient records, reports, and digital data. Ensure infection control and bio-safety standards are strictly followed. Guide patients regarding pre- and post-treatment instructions. Handle chairside assistance, suction, impression materials, and instrument passing efficiently. Support front office coordination when required. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dental operatories. Assist with radiographs and imaging procedures (if trained/certified). Uphold confidentiality and patient dignity at all times.

Requirements

Diploma/Certification in Dental Assisting or relevant experience in a dental setup. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and clinical protocols preferred. Flexibility with working hours, including Sundays/rotational shifts.

is required. Early resignation or discontinuation before completing the commitment period will attract a penalty as per hospital HR policy.
