Job Description

We are seeking a

reliable and skilled Dental Assistant

to join our team. You will be responsible for providing

crucial support

to the dentist, ensuring

exceptional patient care

, and maintaining the smooth operation of the clinical area.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance:

Prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and efficiently hand instruments/materials to the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, crowns).

Patient Care:

Greet and seat patients, take and develop X-rays (if certified), provide post-operative instructions, and ensure patient comfort.

Administrative Support:

Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate supply inventory as needed.

Infection Control:

Maintain strict adherence to sterilization and disinfection protocols for instruments and equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

[State/Local Requirement, e.g., X-Ray Certification]

is required. Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
