Job Description

Job of a dental Assistant is:

Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office. Scheduling appointments, either over the phone or in person. Managing patient records and updating information as needed. Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries or concerns. Processing payments and handling billing tasks. Filing insurance claims and verifying patients' insurance coverage. Maintaining office supplies and inventory. Assisting with paperwork related to patient forms, consent forms, and medical histories. Managing correspondence, such as emails and letters. Keeping the reception area organized and tidy. Assisting the dentist during patient procedures by handing them instruments, operating equipment, and performing other tasks as directed. Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment for use. Taking dental X-rays (if certified) Escorting patients to treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort. Communicating effectively with patients to alleviate any anxiety or concerns they may have. Preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures. Adhering to all infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
Overall, the dental assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a dental office by providing administrative support, assisting with patient care, and ensuring a positive experience for patients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
