Job Summary
The Dental Assistant supports dental surgeons in delivering quality oral healthcare services by assisting during procedures, preparing patients, maintaining dental instruments, and ensuring adherence to infection control and hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations, treatments, extractions, and minor dental procedures.
Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure comfort and safety.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment as per infection control guidelines.
Maintain patient records and assist in appointment scheduling and patient flow.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and biomedical waste management rules.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assistant / Dental Mechanic or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
Experience
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in a dental clinic or hospital setup preferred.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
