We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Dental Assistant

to join our Dental Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills and hands-on experience in assisting dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining an organized and efficient dental operatory.

Key Responsibilities

OPD management Assist the dentist during various dental procedures in the OPD. Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and equipment before each procedure. Ensure effective sterilization and maintenance of dental tools and operatory cleanliness. Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment details as directed by the dentist. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care. Manage patient appointments and assist in smooth clinic workflow. Comply with infection control and safety protocols as per hospital standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

Diploma / Certificate course in Dental Assisting or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

4 to 6 years

of experience in assisting dental procedures in an OPD setup. Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and chairside assisting techniques. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused with a professional attitude.
