In this role, you will drive the quality of world class and visionary demos showcasing capabilities for prospective customers and partners by applying modern and cutting-edge technologies. You'll be the guardian of demo excellence, ensuring that every Sales Consultant has access to flawless, compelling demonstrations that showcase Pega's capabilities.
Your typical day might involve automating test scenarios using Selenium and Playwright, collaborating with demo architects to validate new configurations, or leveraging AI-powered testing practices to enhance our quality processes.
What You'll Do at Pega:

Design and execute comprehensive functional testing strategies for our demo environments, ensuring every user interaction, workflow, and integration perform flawlessly.
Work as part of a collaborative team consisting of Business Architect, Leads, Solution consultants, Developers and Product with mindful use of software development patterns and practices.
Implement automation using Selenium and Playwright to build and maintain robust test suites that can validate complex demo scenarios across multiple platforms and configurations* Working with Pega's AI capabilities to ensure demos effectively showcase these advanced features to clients.* Participate in demo reviews, provide quality feedback on new assets, and help troubleshoot issues that arise in live client demonstrations
Create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases that cover both functional requirements and business use cases across various industry domains.* Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development with adaptation to changes.* Work in defined timeframes and meet aggressive deadlines.
Who You Are:

A result-oriented individual, driven with passion and ability to implement Quality best practices and lead quality initiatives.
2-4 years of overall experience with Strong expertise in functional testing and test automation.
Hands on experience with Selenium/Playwright frameworks and J-meter (non-compulsory).
Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and contribute to strategic decisions
Working experience with at least one major domain (HC/FS/Insurance/Comms), Good to have - Pega platform or Customer Service or 1:1 Customer Engagement.
Demonstrates customer empathy, willing to adopt best practices ensuring delivered work exceeds customer ever-changing demands.
Excited about leveraging AI and emerging technologies for testing enhancement. Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
Worked in Agile Methodology and tools.

Strong foundation in quality assurance with experience in implementation of test automation frameworks and working with modern testing tools and methodologies.
Thorough understanding of applications' architecture you have previously worked on.
Experience of working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment.
Ability to think and deliver fast independently with little hand holding and mostly driven with self- initiation.
Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
