We're looking for a Microsoft Alliance Analyst - GTM & Delivery Enablement at EY GDS. EY Digital Engineering is a unique, industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services that leverage deep industry experience with strong functional capability and product knowledge. The Digital Engineering practice works with clients to analyse, formulate, design, mobilize and drive digital transformation initiatives. We advise clients on their most pressing digital challenges and opportunities surround business strategy, customer, growth, profit optimization, innovation, technology strategy, and digital transformation. We also have a unique ability to help our clients translate strategy into actionable technical design, and transformation planning/mobilization. Your key responsibilities

• Support the creation, maintenance, and publishing of EY IP-based delivery accelerators across Microsoft platforms.
• Assist in managing GTM playbooks and solutioning guides, ensuring version control, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Enable content management using various tools.
• Analyse engagement metrics and provide insights to optimise content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product engineering, and marketing teams during beta testing, workshops, and co-innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters, leadership updates, and workshop collateral.

Skills and attributes for success

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and GTM strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems and UI/UX tools (SharePoint, WinCenter, AEM).
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications.
• Experience: At least 4 Years of experience in an content management, GTM and PowerApps
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Education:
Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
