We're looking for a
steady, hands-on Chef de Partie (CDP)
with
hot kitchen and basic bakery/pastry experience
to join our core team in Panjim. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in
small, quality-focused restaurants in Goa
, enjoys leading by example, and is looking for a
long-term, stable kitchen home
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily prep and service for assigned sections
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency
Support bakery and pastry prep as required
Train and guide junior team members
Manage stock rotation, deliveries, and mise en place
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline
Work closely with the Head Chef on daily operations
What We're Looking For
Experience as a CDP or strong Demi-CDP ready to step up
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced kitchen
Calm, respectful team leadership style
Preference for Goan or Nepali candidates familiar with local work culture
Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and consistency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
