Assist in preparation and cooking of continental dishes (soups, sauces, salads, grills, pastas, breakfasts, etc.)
Follow standard recipes and portion control as per hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area according to food safety norms
Assist in mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations
Support senior chefs during service hours
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
Learn and follow HACCP and safety procedures
Minimize wastage and handle ingredients carefully
Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies
