Prepare authentic Pan Asian soups, sauces, curries, stir-fries, and hot entrees ensuring consistency and quality standards.
Demonstrate strong recipe knowledge and suggest improvements to enhance flavour, presentation, and minimize food wastage.
Ensure all stations are properly set up according to forecasted covers and service requirements.
Brief kitchen staff and service teams on daily specials, menu details, plate presentations, and pricing.
Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, storage practices, and quality checks of all ingredients and prepared items.
Organize workstations, prepare shift checklists, and maintain high productivity with strict sanitation standards.
Control portioning and food rotation to maintain food cost targets while preserving Pan Asian quality standards.
Provide genuine hospitality by giving personal attention, resolving guest concerns professionally, and exceeding expectations.
Support teamwork, assist colleagues during peak operations, and perform additional duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations and 100% guest satisfaction.
