Prepare and cook dishes from the Continental menu (salads, grills, sauces, pastas, etc.) to the restaurant's standards.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in your section at all times.
Ensure all mise en place is ready before service.
Check quality and freshness of ingredients and report shortages.
Follow portion control and cost management procedures.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI / HACCP guidelines).
Train and support commis and new team members when required.
