Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Italian or Continental cuisine

Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & Cooking



Prepare and cook dishes specific to

Italian or Continental cuisine

as per restaurant standards. Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place. Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation for all assigned dishes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

2-4 years of experience

as Commis 1 / DCDP in Italian or Continental cuisine. Strong knowledge of pastas, pizzas, sauces, grills, salads, and continental preparations. Ability to work

efficiently, accurately, and with focus

during high-volume operations. Good understanding of kitchen tools, equipment, and cooking techniques. Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and discipline.
