Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as Commis 1 / DCDP in Italian or Continental cuisine.
Strong knowledge of pastas, pizzas, sauces, grills, salads, and continental preparations.
Ability to work
efficiently, accurately, and with focus
during high-volume operations.
Good understanding of kitchen tools, equipment, and cooking techniques.
Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and discipline.
