Key Responsibilities
Handle assigned Continental section independently
Assist CDP in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Guide and supervise Commi I, II & III
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Monitor mise-en-place and stock levels
Follow kitchen SOPs and company policies
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
Section handling & kitchen coordination
Leadership and team supervision skills
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
