Essential Duties and Responsibilities

SKU level forecasting from customer service and commercial inputs and align with MRP planning process. Monitoring the demand changes timely to meet the customer expectations and maintain effective communication. Close coordination with customer service & Commercial team to generate safety stocks that meet customer needs based on historical sales patterns, Business strategy & Market trend. Identify the supply shortall and gap between Supply forecast and timely consumption with procurement. Communicate weekly the forecast risk and opportunity, forecast variance to stakeholders Create SKU level safety stock using Inventory policy with ABC/XYZ analysis. Closely work with sales, Commercial , Marketing , supply / production planning , Customer service team to improve the demand & supply process. Closely work with commercial /Customer service to improve the Forecasting accuracy. Creating alerts to S&OP Manager and Customer service on the potential demand shortfalls or surges that may affect the service level and revenue loss.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

Minimum 3 years, proven track record in Supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material management*
