Demand & Supply Planning Associate (S&OP)
, you will run the
control tower of operations
--ensuring the business scales fast while remaining precise, predictable, and efficient.
This role blends
analytical problem-solving, data modeling, and hands-on execution
across a fast-moving, multi-SKU, multi-channel consumer business.
What You'll Do
Build accurate
demand forecasts
across product categories, channels, and regions
Translate demand forecasts into
production and procurement plans
Ensure optimal product availability across
online and offline channels
Balance inventory levels with
working capital efficiency
Drive zero-stockout planning using
data-backed buffers
Track plan vs actuals (daily/weekly/monthly) and course-correct quickly
Build and maintain
inventory, forecasting, and supply dashboards
Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, manufacturing, and warehouses
