Experience in B2B e-commerce growth & marketing will be a big plus.The Demand Generation Specialist will be based in India (Bangalore) & will report to the Director of Marketing APAC (Singapore). The Demand Generation Specialist will also work closely with our commercial/sales teams, distributors across APAC and with our global marketing team in the UK & USA.You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of demand generation campaigns online (Paid media, Organic social media, website) & offline (Events, Distributor promotions, road shows etc.) in the APAC to deliver on our organizational goals. With these efforts we expect to increase brand and product awareness and increase our sales volumes.You should have hands-on experience, strong project management skills and experience of working on multi-channel strategies in B2B organizations with a proven track record of results.What you will do

  • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing communication strategy in terms of messaging, communication design, online channels (Owned & paid media) & offline channels (events, sales teams & distributors).
  • Own the growth of e-commerce channel sales and communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with Commercial team members to proactively identify new opportunities and address gaps in territory, key vertical markets and segments in terms of brand awareness, strengthening the communication of our product value proposition & driving leads and incremental sales.
  • Develop, manage and communicate marketing campaign schedules for the region. Liaise with global product management and marketing teams to design and plan globally supported marketing campaigns & promotions for APAC.
  • Create engaging offline promotion program and bottom-up plan with our distributors & commercial teams at the start of the financial year & fine tune when necessary to achieve sales goals.
  • Track performance (Leads, Opportunity pipeline & Sales conversions) of online campaigns and offline promotions. Ensure the leads are uploaded & tracked in Salesforce CRM.
  • Build an attribution model to quantify the impact of marketing initiatives (direct & indirect sales influence/ growth from marketing initiatives). Track the impact of marketing initiatives on e-commerce sales.
  • Do budget planning (by maintaining a regional budget tracker) based on regional strategy & growth initiatives with maximum potential. Prioritize budget based on historical results & future sales forecasts.
  • Work with marketing channel owners (e.g. PR, social media, digital marketing, events, distributors) to synchronize related activities and maximize exposure.
  • Create other local content for offline (catalogues, brochures, flyers for distributors & commercial teams), digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WeChat, website & social media) based on local market demand).
What makes you an ideal candidate
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, Marketing communications and e-commerce
  • Online & Offline demand generation experience will be preferred.
  • Experience in running B2B marketing promotions with distributors and supporting sales team in running commercial events, roadshows and tradeshows.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
  • Proficiency in project management and budget oversight
  • In-depth knowledge of APAC market trends, consumer behavior, and the regional e-commerce landscape
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required
