About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and data-driven
Demand Generation professional
to create and execute lead generation strategies for our
HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
solutions. This role is critical in driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and fueling the sales pipeline through multi-channel campaigns targeted at HR decision-makers and CXOs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
integrated demand generation campaigns
to drive awareness and qualified leads for HRMS products.
Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify target audiences such as HR Heads, CHROs, and HR professionals.
Manage
email, digital, and social media campaigns
to generate and nurture leads throughout the buyer journey.
Run and optimize
paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta)
focused on lead acquisition and engagement.
Build and maintain
lead nurturing workflows
using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Partner with the content team to develop HR-relevant assets -- eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CTR, CPL, ROI) and prepare actionable reports.
Support
webinars, virtual demos, and HR tech events
to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Research HR industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new demand-generation opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience
in demand generation or performance marketing in the
HR Tech / SaaS / B2B
domain.
Strong understanding of
HRMS / HR software buying cycle
and HR persona-based marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
account-based marketing (ABM)
or
B2B SaaS pipeline marketing
.
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Marketing.
Familiarity with HR technology trends, employee engagement tools, and digital HR platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per month.
Cost per Lead (CPL) and Campaign ROI.
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
Contribution to overall revenue pipeline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
