Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided databases
Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Handle objections and rejections confidently and professionally
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
Follow compliance guidelines and company communication standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales
Experience in B2B/B2C sales environments
