Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for upcoming and ongoing
infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and government projects
.
Create a strong
sales pipeline
by proactively tracking tenders, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and builders involved in electrical projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including
electrical consultants
,
MEP contractors
,
project managers
, and
purchase heads
.
Understand project requirements and propose suitable electrical products or solutions in line with technical specifications.
Work closely with internal teams (product, design, and commercial) to offer project-specific solutions and quotations.
Ensure
product approvals
with consultants/specifiers and drive brand preference during BOQ finalization.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Regularly update CRM/sales tracking tools with project status, contacts, and expected closures.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
