What You'll Do

As the Demand & Supply Planning Associate, you will run the

control tower

of company operations -- ensuring we scale fast while staying precise, predictable, and efficient.This role blends

analytical problem solving

,

data modeling

, and

operational execution

across a fast-moving multi-SKU, multi-channel consumer business.

1. Demand Planning & Forecasting

Build accurate forecasting models across product categories, platforms, and channels Use historical data, trend recognition, seasonality, and marketing inputs to project demand Proactively identify demand risks and opportunities across SKUs

2. Supply Planning & Inventory Management

Translate demand forecasts into actionable

production and procurement plans

Ensure optimal availability for online + offline across regions Balance inventory vs. working capital -- maximize serviceability while minimizing holding costs Drive zero-stockout planning with science-backed buffers

3. Efficiency Through Data & Insights

Build supply chain and inventory optimization models (cost, transportation, warehousing, safety stock) Use data to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, replenishment cycles, and demand visibility Identify patterns in sell-through and demand velocity to refine planning

4. Execution, Coordination & Rhythm

Work closely with sales, product, operations, "Make in India", and warehouses to execute plans Track

plan vs. actuals

daily, weekly, monthly Course-correct rapidly in a fast-scaling environment

5. Reporting & BI Dashboards

Maintain structured reporting on stock, movement, forecasting accuracy, and supply KPIs Bring clarity and predictability into the system through transparent data

Who We're Looking For

4-6 years of experience in

demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics

Experience in

Consumer Electronics, Appliances, FMCG, E-commerce, or D2C

is a strong plus Highly proficient in

Excel

, SQL, and BI tools Detail-oriented -- comfortable managing hundreds of SKUs, timelines, and moving variables Strong communicator who collaborates seamlessly across functions Analytical thinker with an execution-first mindset Someone who finds beauty in precision, clarity, and operational excellence
