Role: ORACLE ADF Developer - L3

Location : Navi Mumbai

Who are we looking for?

A Oracle ADF developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

? Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Oracle ADF framework and its life cycle

? Experience in Development, deployment, code migration, troubleshooting and code tuning of ADF application).

? Experience in Upgrading the application projects from 11g to 12 C is an added advantage

? Hands on experience in Oracle SQL and PL-SQL.

? Experience in Creation/maintenance/tuning of all database objects

? Hands on experience in any of the reporting tools such as Oracle Reports, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports etc

? Knowledge in other J2EE frameworks, restful and soap web services is an added advantage

? Create well designed, reusable process/objects.

? Good communication skills, strong work ethics.

Process Skills:

? Work Schedule (Six days working in a week)

? Preferably from Navi Mumbai Area.

? Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

? Documentation skills

? A strong attention to detail

? Shares information, knowledge and insights readily with other team members

? Professional demeanor when at customer site

Behavioral Skills :

? Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

? Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

? Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

? Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
