DeltaV Engineer Delta Factory

Key Responsibilities

Design and Configuration

: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards

Commissioning and Qualification

: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems

Operational Support

: Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations

Troubleshooting

: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration

Continuous Improvement

: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation

Required Qualifications:

Experience

: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants

Technical Skills

: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems

Industry Knowledge

: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.

Experience

: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants

Technical Skills

: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems Experience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing. Good Communication and Analytical skills Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module Configuration, Customization Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration. Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11
