Hiring for Delta V / DCS / Batch Life science Project .

Location: Pune

Experience - 7-10 yrs.

Qualification- BE instrumentation, electronics, electrical

Salary - As per company standard

Job Type- Contract -

Responsible for design, support of DeltaV system on site. Partial or full ownership in development and implementation of hardware and software solutions pertaining to industrial standards. Design and develop system architecture, functional specifications, control strategies and supporting documents as per industry standards. Review the life cycle documents/deliverables for the project. Determine the process requirements and translate them to automation design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical or Bioengineering, Experience in Emerson

DeltaV DCS

or similar, ideally in Pharma industry. Experience in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS or similar for pharma industry. Technical proficiency in determining hardware and software solutions for control systems. Familiarity with networking, field devices, control panel design and

PLC

control systems. Experience with design and configuration of communication protocols and interface between DeltaV DCS and other systems. Good understanding of

and cGMP standards. Highly skilled in design of Physical and Procedural layer in batch design. Ability to be a team player at all levels. Experience in automation roles for FAT, SAT and site commissioning. Knowledge of MES interface will be an advantage
