Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking to hire an experienced Operations/Factory Manager to supervise Plants Admin and manage all manufacturing operations. The Operations manager\'s responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, Day to day Administrative issues, and ensuring that orders are completed on time.
- To be successful as an Operations Manager, you should demonstrate excellent management and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Operations Manager should be able to achieve exceptional customer and enforce staff compliance and production planning.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s Degree/ Maters Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Good Communication People skills.
- Good organization skill
- Problem-solving, taking responsibility and action.
- System-oriented person.
- Confident computer skills (Microsoft outlook, word, Excel)
