Feed into Test Approaches by evaluating project and squad changes and translating into DaaS/TDM requirements
The role focuses on providing consultancy on Test Data Management (TDM), advising on standards, best practices, techniques, and processes while aiding in backlog prioritization and promoting enterprise TDM guidelines. Responsibilities include determining data provisioning and masking requirements, designing and implementing TDM frameworks, ensuring compliance with data security protocols, and assisting squads with data profiling and developing new provisioning and masking use cases. The position involves researching solutions, addressing tool-related issues, and creating custom solutions when out-of-the-box capabilities are insufficient. Additional duties include providing DevOps support for migrating data provisioning code, managing TDM infrastructure (monitoring, sizing, upgrading), integrating self-service capabilities, recommending improvements in test automation, coordinating product upgrades, and supporting platform fault fixing. The role also includes planning and rolling out TDM solutions across the technology stack and training new team members. Essential skills include proven experience implementing Delphix at scale, strong communication and presentation abilities, leadership without supervision, and mentoring capabilities. Candidates should have experience administering Delphix, at least two years in TDM setup, data masking, and strategy implementation, and three years of SQL expertise, including writing queries, triggers, and stored procedures. Additional experience includes working with various databases (SQL, Oracle, Mongo, DB2), managing TDM toolsets, infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, and diagnosing complex technical issues.
