We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Delphi Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Delphi 7 and above.

Your primary focus will be on database design and development, with a strong emphasis on SQL and Interbase/Firebird experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Delphi Development:** Proficient in Delphi 7 and above, you will play a key role in designing, coding, and testing software applications.

2. **Database Management:** Strong SQL skills are mandatory for efficient database design, implementation, and optimization. Experience with Interbase/Firebird is essential.

3. **Reporting Tools:** Utilize QuickReports and FastReports for efficient report generation and analysis.

4. **User Interface Development:** Familiarity with DevExpress for creating compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Highly Desirable Skills:

5. **Version Controlling:** Experience with SVN/Git for version control to ensure code integrity and collaboration within the development team.

6. **Financial Software Development:** Previous experience in developing financial software applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial processes and requirements.

7. **Local Government Knowledge:** A strong understanding of Local Government operations and requirements is highly desirable.

8. **Application Lifecycle Management (ALM):** Exposure to any ALM tool to streamline development processes and enhance overall project management.

9. **Unicode Conversion:** Experience in converting applications to Unicode to ensure compatibility and internationalization.

10. **DX Version Migration:** Proven ability to migrate applications to the latest DX version, ensuring compatibility with the latest technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Delphi Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
