Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise package insights and platform technology, working across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations to support delivery of holistic performance improvement and package led large scale digital transformation. Position Summary

Level:

Consultant or equivalent



As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do:

In this role, you will support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across business applications, including testing and production environments. Responsibilities include configuring, designing, testing, and analyzing solutions, as well as developing new capabilities. You'll evaluate customer requirements, translate them into effective processes, and solve complex data and process challenges. Collaboration with global and virtual teams is key to ensuring timely project delivery. You'll engage in hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, and technology support, while mentoring junior colleagues. Participation in project meetings, ongoing training, career development, and firm-level initiatives is expected to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

By taking a holistic approach--from strategy development to process design and technology enablement--we support clients in overcoming operational challenges and managing key business functions. Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3-6 years of relevant professional experience Strong proficiency in SAP Fiori applications development Advanced skills in SAP UI5 framework, with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript expertise Hands-on in developing custom UI5 applications using Eclipse and Web IDE Familiar with XML views and component architecture Practical ERP system implementation exposure Skill in OData services and SAP Gateway integration Well-versed in SAP HANA objects and data management Designs, develops, and delivers performance-oriented code using SAP frameworks/languages Provides technical input for robust error handling frameworks Thorough experience in all levels of application testing Experience in at least one functional ERP module Strong ability in building custom apps with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Direct experience with ERP system implementations Expertise in customizing Fiori Launchpad and activating standard applications Clear understanding of standard SAP libraries Proficient with Eclipse and Web IDE for development tasks Adept at analyzing and extending standard apps within Fiori Launchpad Skilled in debugging Fiori or custom UI5 applications using browser tools and Gateway

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Fiori experience Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver gateway ODATA development Work experience in SAP cloud platform

Education:

Bachelors or masters degree in engineering from an accredited university

Location:

Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Pune/ Kolkata

Shift Timings:

247 including night shifts, depending on business requirement
