First point of contact for customers with technical support issues and questions on Dell products, including advanced storage attached network (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) environments
Analyse log files and all other relevant information to troubleshoot and resolved storage issues
Analyse and resolve Complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards, and strategies to perfect our Support Service.
Knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management and Disaster recovery would be highly beneficial
