will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the delivery team, ensuring that packages are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves managing a team of delivery associates, coordinating with logistics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or delivery operations. Salary - 19,000 to 20,000 Per Month Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with delivery management software and tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the delivery team and ensure timely delivery of packages. Manage a team of delivery associates, providing guidance and support to optimize performance. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline delivery processes. Monitor delivery metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Conduct training sessions for new delivery associates to ensure compliance with Amazon standards. Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the delivery team. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
