: Handle escalated customer complaints, identify sales opportunities during deliveries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Performance & Reporting
: Monitor key metrics, report on delivery performance, and implement improvements for cost and productivity.
Compliance
: Enforce safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company policies.
