Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Logistics

Deliver medicines and medical items to customers, hospitals, and clinics within assigned areas. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of urgent/critical orders. Maintain delivery schedules as per route plan. Take customer signatures and collect payment if required (Cash on Delivery / UPI).

Product Handling

Handle medicines and sensitive medical items carefully to avoid damage. Verify items before delivery to ensure correct quantity and batch. Return any undelivered items safely back to the store.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain delivery records, bills, challans, and receipts properly. Submit daily delivery reports to the supervisor. Coordinate with billing and dispatch teams for any mismatches.

Customer Service

Communicate politely and professionally with customers. Provide basic instructions to customers as guided by the store. Report customer feedback or complaints to the manager.

Vehicle & Route Management

Use company-provided vehicle or own vehicle (as applicable) for deliveries. Follow traffic rules and ensure fuel bills or travel logs are maintained. Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure proper handling of prescription medicines. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Follow company SOPs and guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 10th pass (preferred). Valid two-wheeler driving license. Ability to read and verify bills, product names, and quantities. Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Polite communication and punctuality. Physically fit to carry light medical parcels.

Work Conditions

Day shift / Rotational shift as per company requirement. Outdoor field work with multiple delivery stops. Travel allowance or fuel reimbursement as per company policy.

Additional Responsibilities (if required)

Assist in store tasks like loading/unloading stocks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
