Your Role

Drive adoption, implementation, and optimization of Digital Experience Management (DEX) platforms like Nexthink and Systrack. Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes. Define clear value propositions, use cases, and ROI for deployments. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment. Lead structured delivery across the entire lifecycle - from discovery to go-live and continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor and SME for DEX capabilities and best practices.

Your Profile

Strong hands-on knowledge of Nexthink, Systrack, or similar DEX/EUEM tools. Ability to analyze digital experience data and articulate insights clearly. Understanding of device performance, end-user telemetry, experience scoring, and operational metrics. Proven track record in project management and structured delivery. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in customer-facing presentations, storytelling, and value articulation. Certifications in Nexthink or Systrack (preferred but not mandatory). Background in consulting, service delivery, business analysis, or technical program management.
