Key Responsibilities:

Pickup & Delivery:

Collect parcels from the local hub (Thuruthy) and deliver them to customers within the assigned area.

Cash Collection:

Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and deposit cash safely at the hub.

Customer Service:

Verify customer identity when required and ensure a polite and professional interaction.

Returns:

Collect return shipments from customers and bring them back to the hub.

Route Planning:

efficiently plan your route to ensure maximum deliveries in minimum time.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Earnings:

?20,000 to ?30,000 (Based on order volume and attendance).

Insurance:

Accidental insurance coverage for riders.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driving License (DL). Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid RC and Insurance. Must have an Android Smartphone (for the delivery app). Education: 10th Pass preferred (basic reading skills required). Knowledge of local roads in Changanacherry and Thuruthy is a plus.
