Maintain communication with the dispatch team or app.
Follow the assigned delivery route and time schedule.
Ensure proper handling of food items to avoid damage or spillage.
Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery).
Maintain good customer service and professional behavior during deliveries.
Keep the vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good working condition.
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).
Must have a valid driving license (2-wheeler).
Own a bike/scooter with valid registration and insurance.
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to use smartphone apps (delivery app, maps).
Good communication skills.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
