Schedule pickups, handover shipments, and confirm loading.
Tracking & Updates:
Share AWB/LR, monitor movement till delivery, and update CRM/ERP & customers.
Exception Handling:
Resolve delays, damages, short/over supply; raise claims with carriers when needed.
MIS & Cost Control:
Maintain TAT, freight, RTO, and delivery reports; suggest cost/time improvements.
Coordination:
Work closely with Sales/Accounts for priorities, payments hold release, and special delivery instructions.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience:
2-4 years
in dispatch/logistics/supply chain (pharma/FMCG preferred).
Education:
Graduate (Any). Diploma/PG in Logistics is a plus.
Skills:
+ Strong
Excel
(filters, Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), basic Google Sheets/Email.
+ Working knowledge of
e-way bill
rules and shipping documentation.
+ Familiar with courier/transport operations and delivery TATs.
+ Clear communication in
English & Hindi
; strong follow-ups and attention to detail.
