Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operation:

Safely drive the delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations.

Navigation:

Use GPS and other routing systems to follow assigned routes efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules.

Loading/Unloading:

Pack and load products onto the vehicle and then unload them at customer locations.

Order Verification:

Review orders before and after delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers to confirm deliveries, answer questions, handle complaints, and obtain signatures.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate delivery logs and prepare any necessary reports or documents.

Payment Collection:

Accept payments from customers for delivered products.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or maintenance needs.

Communication:

Maintain ongoing communication with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.

Time Management:

Ability to meet tight schedules and complete deliveries within assigned timeframes.

Customer Focus:

Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and resolve customer issues.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to effectively address and solve problems that may arise during deliveries.
