Deliver goods to customers as per assigned routes and schedules.
Collect payment or proof of delivery when required.
Handle products with care and ensure damage-free delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update status regularly.
Communicate effectively with the store or dispatch team regarding delivery updates.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Provide polite, professional, and customer-friendly service during deliveries.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
Basic understanding of local routes and areas.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must own or operate a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in delivery or fieldwork (Freshers can also apply).
Prior delivery experience in retail, courier, or e-commerce sectors will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
Basic mobile app handling (for delivery updates, if required).
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
