To deliver products to customers safely, on time, and in good condition while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver products to customers as per assigned routes and schedules.
Collect cash, online payment confirmation, or proof of delivery when required.
Handle goods carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status.
Coordinate with the store/dispatch team for delivery instructions.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Provide polite and professional service to customers.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Must own or operate a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in delivery or fieldwork (freshers can apply).
Experience in retail, courier, or e-commerce delivery is an added advantage.
Key Skills:
Good communication and time management skills.
Punctual, honest, and reliable.
Ability to meet delivery deadlines.
Basic mobile phone usage for calls and updates.
