Job Title: Delivery Partner

We're looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Partner to join our team. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up packages from our hub and delivering them to our customers in a timely manner. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up packages from our hub and deliver them to customers

- Manage and track deliveries

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns

- Work efficiently to meet delivery targets and deadlines

- Ensure safety and security of packages during transportation

Requirements:

- Valid driving license (if applicable)

- Smartphone and basic knowledge of navigation apps

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physically fit and able to lift packages of varying weights
