What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team s expertise lies is in Preparing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits, perform variance analysis and provide comments for month over month movement in Trial Balance, perform reporting activities, perform intercompany related activities, FA and Lease related activities. The Account Reconciliation team focuses on general ledger accounting which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting. The role may also need expertise around intercompany reconciliations, cut-off policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy & procedure, dispute resolution policy & procedure, and general procedure. To manage and execute treasury operations, governance, and cash management activities in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in banking, forecasting, and reporting processes. o Review Cash Management and Banking operations, including bank statement processing. o Maintain treasury internal controls for outsourced processes. o Manage cash forecasting, sweeps, and reporting; monitor daily cash positions. o Prepare and review reports and dashboards on risk, controls, and audit findings. o Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems. o Create or adapt solutions as needed. o Align with strategic direction; communicate team goals and updates. o Interact primarily with your supervisor and collaborate with peers/clients. o Follow guidance on new assignments; make decisions impacting the team. o Act as individual contributor or oversee small team/work effort.
