Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.

What are we looking for?

oOrganize scheduling tasks, resources and priorities. oWork with Delivery Services Management, BI, Capability leads to create viable, cost-effective schedules and programs to agreed guidelines. oEnsure Instructor resources are effectively and efficiently utilized against chargeability and utilization criteria. oEnsure Cancellation policies are being followed oMonitor the performance of all daily scheduling tasks in multiple Accenture / Client systems. oProvide management reporting information to show team performance against output, quality standards, volume throughput, pipeline and completion in line with agreed measures (Client / Operations). oWork with Delivery teams / BI / DSM to maintain accurate course, instructor and facility information (Matrices). oAct as first point of contact for escalation of client and operational issues oManage issues to resolution, where these fall within remit / scope. oPro-actively escalate potential serious / high-level issues to Senior Scheduling Lead oTake the lead in supporting scheduling team daily activities, providing coaching where appropriate and ensuring that all client scheduling roles are covered oProject management skills (Planning & Organizing) oAdopt an analytical approach oStrong organizational skills. oAbility to prioritize conflicting requirements oStrong analytical ability (to devise and produce coherent management reports and statistics) oPeople management skills (Coaching, listening, giving direction) oDatabase knowledge (Software programs such as MS Access / Excel etc. plus client systems) oBasic financial analysis (Cost vs. Revenue) oStrong written and verbal communication skills oEnglish language proficiency required oMulti-cultural awareness oPassion for customer service oInitiative, Critical thinking / problem solving skills oWork well within a team environment. oGood time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
