Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Leave of Absence Management o Supervise end-to-end LOA processes including medical, maternity, paternity, and other statutory leaves. o Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. o Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely updates and payments during LOA. o Reconciliation of reports related to leave of absence(FMLA/Non FMLA, Workers Compensation, Disability pay) o Benefits Administration o Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives). o Ensure timely enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems. o Address employee queries and resolve escalations related to benefits. o Reconciliation of reports related to Benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives). o Offboarding Process o Manage offboarding workflow including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements. o Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality during offboarding. o Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR teams for smooth transition and system access removal. o Reconciliation of reports related to offboarding o Team Leadership o Lead and mentor a team of specialists handling LOA, Benefits, and Offboarding. o Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement. o Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards. o Stakeholder Management o Act as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Compliance teams. o Provide regular reports and insights on LOA, Benefits, and Offboarding trends.
