Summary: As a Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for delivering or supporting the delivery of contracts and programs. A typical day involves assigning and managing work assignments for the contract team, ensuring that service delivery meets quality standards while managing costs effectively. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any challenges that arise during the delivery process, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Operation Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Proficient in using project management tools and software to track progress and deliverables.
