We are looking for a

Delivery Operations Intern

to support project execution, team coordination, client communication, and daily operational workflows.

About the Role

As a Delivery Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations, timely task follow-ups, and structured documentation. This role offers valuable exposure to delivery management and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating multiple ongoing projects Support developers, QA, designers, and analysts with task clarity Track project status, deliverables, and timelines Help maintain documentation, reports, and task boards Support client communication (under guidance) Assist in follow-ups, issue tracking, and meeting notes Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes Contribute to improving workflows and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Pursuing/Completed -- Engineering/Management preferred) Strong communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of project workflows and tools Good documentation & follow-up abilities Eagerness to learn and grow in delivery & project operations

Preferred Attributes

Proactive and detail-oriented Strong ownership mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools (optional but beneficial)
