What would you do? o Provide end to end process and policy expertise/input to future state Global and Local design for all Global Recruitment process including Data analysis, Pipeline management, Trend analysis, Marketplace analysis, Talent forecasting, Requisition Management, Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding & Retention of Candidateo Provide leading practices, Industry benchmarks and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principleso Provide leading input for technology configuration (Cloud HRIS - Workday/Success Factors, Taleo or other ATS) and assist in identifying gaps and matching automation opportunitieso Provide inputs and participation in end to end process scenarios development and testing for recruitment module of Cloud HRIS or ATSo Create and maintain Job Aids, Global and Local Work Instructions and help train Service delivery teamso Own and manage all process escalations, while working with Global Service delivery teamso Evaluate process and technology gaps in Talent Acquisition, works with internal and Client stakeholders to affix permanent as well as interim solutionso Meet Hiring Plans provided by the Cliento Reporting of capacity utilization, hiring trends, productivity, time to fill, and other applicable SLAs and OLAso Meet targets provided by Client for hiring plans across geography supportedo Leverage onshore:offshore model by working with internal stakeholders to meet targets and optimize capacity utilizationo Consultative approach with Client stakeholders providing industry best practices in Recruitment and Talent Acquisitiono Run Delivery Center as P&L and be accountable for running a profitable businesso Provide oversight of all major TA processes from a client perspectiveo Level 9-13 will be the span for this roleo Should have managed span of 80-100 FTEs/Contractorso Manage team or recruiters and recruitment admins supporting Talent Acquisition processes outsourced to Accenture for the given Client
What are we looking for? o Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources from a top school/college preferred o Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR consulting & delivery for Recruitment processes across multiple clients o Workday, Taleo or SuccessFactors certification preferred o Cross industry exposure on Recruitment transformation projects o Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence practices o Preferred Global Recruitment certification (like SHRM, AIRS) o Stakeholder Management o Change Management o Talent Management o US Recruitment o Demand Management o Leadership Development o Succession Planning o Journey Management o Demonstrates excellent client care skills. o Expert knowledge and vision for the assigned service line. o Produces solutions to complex business problems. o Develops new concepts and opportunities within their Service Line. o Contributes to policy and direction setting.
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
