What would you do?

o 12+ years of mandatory experience in US Retirement Services domain - Defined Contributions with 6+ years of Managing complex adjustments and corrections and distributions, survivor benefits and beneficiary settlement processes o Proficient with MS Excel mandatory o Hands on with processing: o Lost Earnings Calculations, Mistake of Fact / Complex Refunds, Loan Corrections, Contribution Corrections, Asset Transfer Corrections, Brokerage Corrections & Fund Corrections o Excess Refunds: IRA, 415, 402g, and Aggregate Excess Deferral refunds. Any corrections associated with Loans, Repayment rejects, initiations, bypasses, defaults and re-amortizations NA NA

o Bachelor's degree o Experience in the US retirement industry mandatory o Open to working in core Night shifts based on business requirements o Good verbal & written communication skills o Good typing skill and attention to detail. o Good time management skills o Ability work independently NA

Roles and Responsibilities:

oo Processing corrections and distribution for assigned clientstransactions. Includes: o Experience in performing adjustment or reversal of original transaction as well as the additional transactions o Ability to identify and perform the type of calculation needed based on the type of transaction. o Review and unwind additional transaction activity which occurred between the original transaction date and adjustment/reversal date. o Complete error correction ticket for processing mistakes. o Communication: Respond to client inquiries over email, reach out to plan administrators (emails and phone calls) to resolve suspense contributions o Demonstrated ability to perform complex research o Ensures all items are processed andor resolved on time. Supports business in ensuring positive audit results o Demonstrated ability to CLEARLY, CONCISELY and EFFECTIVELY communicate with external stakeholders about complex issues/problems and work proactively to resolve them o Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management. o Perform research on all processing irregularities and drive issues to resolution o Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. o Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time. o Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. o Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. o Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions. o Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
