We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Delivery Manager with deep experience in US staffing to oversee a team of recruiters, ensure efficient delivery of client requirements, and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders. This role requires leadership, accountability, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters and account managers.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates for client requirements.
Track daily performance metrics, recruiter KPIs, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with clients to understand job needs, hiring priorities, and expectations.
Review job requirements received from clients and allocate appropriately among the delivery team.
Monitor sourcing performance and provide improvement guidance to recruiters.
Conduct regular hiring pipeline reviews and requirement progress updates.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation, and client-specific procedures.
Optimize sourcing strategies -- job boards, VMS, ATS, referrals, networking, etc.
Resolve escalations related to candidate submissions, interviews, or hiring delays.
Maintain strong communication and visibility with client stakeholders.
Work closely with leadership to support revenue targets and staffing goals.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Proven experience in US IT staffing with expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT).
Solid sourcing strategy knowledge: LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Performance-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Experience managing high-volume hiring.
Familiarity with VMS, ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
