Summary





We are seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager with 13+ years of experience to lead high-performing technology teams and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in software development (Java, .NET, or Mobile technologies) and excels at both technical leadership and execution. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, team management, stakeholder engagement, and governance--driving success across multiple initiatives.




Skills Required




Hands-on software development experience in Java, .NET, and Mobile technologies. Proven track record in managing complex projects, especially in Agile or Kanban environments. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, preferably including onshore-offshore delivery coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage, scale, and motivate teams of 15+ members. Superior verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and solution orientation. High ownership mindset and resilience under pressure. Ability to build consensus and influence without direct authority.



Good to Have




Certifications: CSM, PMP, or SAFe. Experience in DevOps or cloud delivery environments. Exposure to multi-tech stacks or leading full-stack teams



Roles & Responsibilities




Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/products, ensuring timely completion, high quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage and coach cross-functional teams (both onsite and offshore), prioritizing team performance, collaboration, and growth. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, providing timely updates, delivery reports, and insights. Prepare and present comprehensive status reports, risk assessments, resource allocations, and escalation metrics to leadership and clients. Take full accountability for product success, including hands-on involvement in technical discussions and problem-solving. Lead Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery processes, facilitating planning, estimation, review, and continuous improvement ceremonies. * Address personnel challenges, resolve conflicts, and maintain healthy team dynamics through effective communication and influence.
